Each one of our coaches holds one or more leadership positions in addition to being a BUILD Leadership Coach. As coaches, we must consistently put into practice what we preach. Our behavior and performance in our own respective leadership positions authenticates what we do as coaches. We’ve been there, done that, and are striving to get better at it every day. Put simply, we’re on the same path as our clients: the path of continual improvement.
Our coaches spend many hours communicating with and learning from leaders and teams we find inspiring and articulate. We’re also equipped to share personal experiences in the subjects of sports, business, family, fitness, nutrition, education, and more.
